I am so excited that you want to tryout to be a Centennial Junior High Cheerleader!!
Below you will find IMPORTANT information to tryout for the 2023-2024
Centennial Junior High Cheer Team
1. Fill out the following Registration Form no later than March 21, 2024
2. Attend the Mandatory Cheer Tryout Meeting on March 20, 2024 @ 3:15 PM in the
CJH Media Center.
One parent and potential cheerleader are REQUIRED to attend
- You will receive the Mandatory Cheer Tryout Packet to create your portfolio with .
- Information about Tryouts and CJH Cheerleading Program
- Ask Questions about Tryouts or the CJH Cheerleading Program
3. Cheer Tryout Clinics
- April 10-11, 2024 from 3:30-5:30 PM
- April 12, 2024 from 6:30-7:30 AM
4. Cheer Tryouts
- April 12, 2024 from 4:00 pm until Done
(Cheerleaders should be to the school by 3:30 pm to stretch and run through
tumbling before the tryouts start)
5. Dress Standard for clinics & tryouts:
- Shorts with bumpkins (black or grey)
- Shirt – white shirt with no writing on it (No tanks, halters, and no bellies showing)
- Shoes appropriate for workout (don’t come in flip-flop) Shoes are required at all times during clinic and tryouts
- Hair pulled back in a high ponytail with no bow or scrunchie.
- No jewelry and no gum
